Cookie and Tracking Policy

This Policy explains the cookies, storage, analytics identifiers, and consent controls currently used by Pixsprint.

Publication notice

This Cookie and Tracking Policy reflects Pixsprint’s current cookies, storage, analytics identifiers, and consent controls as of the effective date. We update it when those practices materially change.

01. What this policy covers

Pixsprint uses cookies, browser storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember choices, support authentication and billing flows, understand public gallery performance, diagnose issues, and protect the service.

Pixsprint's PostHog product milestone integration runs only on the server. It does not set PostHog cookies, does not add PostHog browser storage, does not use PostHog autocapture, and does not use PostHog session replay.

04. Your choices

The public gallery cookie banner lets visitors accept analytics cookies, reject analytics cookies, or reopen cookie settings. It offers Accept all, Reject non-essential, and cookie settings controls without pre-ticked non-essential categories.

If consent is accepted, Pixsprint may store the _aid analytics identifier in a cookie for up to 365 days. If consent is rejected, Pixsprint does not set the _aid cookie, but basic gallery analytics may still use a session identifier and temporarily persist queued events in local storage for delivery reliability.

Rejecting analytics cookies controls persistent analytics identification. It does not mean all analytics collection is disabled, because the current implementation may still use session-only storage and collect basic gallery analytics, diagnostics, security, and service reliability events.

We maintain a cookie inventory with cookie or storage name, provider, purpose, category, and duration. The current consent choice is stored in the visitor's browser for up to 365 days and can be replaced or cleared through cookie settings or browser controls.

You can also control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect login, billing, preferences, analytics, or other features.

We update this Policy when cookie names, providers, storage behavior, marketing pixels, session replay, or consent controls materially change.
